Documentary film, currently in production.
This small industrial city faced economic turmoil when the steel industry collapsed, but third-generation, Japanese American politician, Mel Takaki, helped lead Pueblo, Colorado through the turbulent 1970s and 1980s. This is a story with themes that are still relevant today: including how to build a civic community through consensus both politically and racially.
PHOTOGRAPHIC JUSTICE: THE CORKY LEE STORY
Associate Producer
Full length documentary film that had it's world premiere at Doc NYC in 2022, theatrical release and PBS broadcast in 2024.
I was upgraded to Associate Producer on the project after taking part in the internship program. Working for a documentary filmmaker I have had practice with research, film merchandising, funding, distribution, impact campaign and marketing.

Legal Defense Fund - The National Equal Justice Awards Dinner (NEJAD)
Coordinating Producer
In collaboration with Straight Shot Post and Get To Yes Productions (Crystal McCrary McGuire) I produced 4 videos for annual The National Equal Justice Awards Dinner (NEJAD) that celebrated 85 years of LDF.
Gala Honorees: George Takei, Mellon Foundation, Selma Marchers
Notable Interviewees: Kamala Harris, Lucy Liu, Theodore M. Shaw, Cecilia Marshall, Alan Muraoka.

MAYBELLINE
Post Production Producer
Produced paid partner social videos between Maybelline and influencer Kate Mackz. Partnered with Straight Straight Shot Post and Gallery Media Group to produce videos where Kate met up with female athletes where they shared their love of of their sport and how Maybelline fits within their "Look Good, Feel Good" mantra.

Supported a producer and editor on the team responsible for creating signature tape elements (features, promos, bumps, etc) for NBC’s Primetime special, that gathered more than 30 million Americans, nightly.

AIDE OF HONOR: PRESENTED BY SAMSUNG GALAXY
Post Production Producer
Partnered with Straight Shot Post, Gallery Media Group, and Samsung to produce a five-part special presented by Samsung Galaxy. The series followed the wedding prep completed by content creator Kellie Sweet as she highlighted the use of Samsung's newest phone.

SNAPCHAT - SCRIPTED CONTENT

While working with Straight Shot Post, I ran the Snapchat department where I produced episodes for various scripted shows (Filthy Rich, Ballers, Swish) that was then sent to our client who was a publisher on Snapchat.
One of the episodes for Filthy Rich that was produced, followed Vanessa Hudgens. This specific episode garnered over 13 millions views.

While working with Straight Shot Post, I ran the Snapchat department where I produced episodes for a non scripted (compilation style) show called Girl Crush. The show's main focus is on satisfying and appealing beauty.

With our work, we aided the show's page is achieving over 1 million subscribers.
